Printed Callaway Golf Balls

Here's one I wished I new about a couple of years back - the printed Callaway Big Bertha ball. Why do I pick this one in particular? Well my father in law is an ex-club professional, having worked as club professional in various golf clubs for over 30 years. A couple of years ago, a few years after his retirement, he tells us he was heading out for a round at the local municipal course and at one hole he saw a brnad new ball laying on the ground at the tee. He picked it up and didn't recognise the ball, although the brand was well known to him!

On his own, he decided to use this new find for the hole he was starting on. His story continues that he has never seen a ball fly so far and well as the one he had just hit. The model and brand - well, of course, the Callaway Big Bertha of course. So for his next birthday present he asked for a box of these.

At first we thought it was a joke - he always calls his driver the Big Bertha, regardless of what he's playing with. Many shops later we finally found the ball and made him happy for his birthday. But now that we've teemed up with Jon and the team, we hopefully have a ready source of these balls and for his next birthday (later this month), he might be getting his name printed onto the golf ball as an extra special treat!

Promotional Golf Caps

I've already said that many golfers wear a cap whilst playing - the visor keeps the sun off your eyes when you are swinging, whilst the visor also gives you a marker right in front of your eyes to show if your head is moving during the swing...

Well there are a good range of promotional golf caps available. The range starts with the basic visor for just £2.95 a piece - enough to keep the sun out of your eyes, whilst not trapping the heat at the top of your head (but then again, not protecting it from the sun).

The rest of the range of full caps are then from £3.15 each - with a fabulous 5000 stitch logo included! No wear and tear on printed matter on this cap! Next up are the heavy cotton cap and the tour caddy golf cap, both selling at £4.95 each. The cotton cap is printed and the caddy cap is again including a 5000 stitch logo.

Finally, top of the range is the Polynosic Cap cap for £5.48 a piece and again a 5000 stitch embroided logo included. Get choosing!

Golf Cap Clips

You only need to look out over a golf course and you will soon see just how many golfers out there are wearing a cap of some sort. Many, when playing properly, will pick up their ball around the hole and mark it, ready to clean and take it in turn to putt in.

Well what are you going to mark the ball with and where do you keep the marker? Many keep the marker on their glove with a press stud, but many don't wear the glove for putting.

So the answer is to clip the marker to your cap - with a golf cap clip. Simple! These cap clips start at around £2.49 each and go up to only £4.23 each for a cap clip with a box to keep it in.

The actual clip is not printed, it's the ball marker that attaches to it that is printed onto. This is the bit that the player is seeing every time they mark their ball - thus seeing your logo out of the corner of their eye every time they are concentrating on their play.

You might like to use these as a cheap giveaway or if you own a golf shop, sell them to players heading out onto the course as a souvenir of their day's visit to your course.

Promotional Golf Ball Retriever

There is currently only one promotional golf ball retriever in the catalgoue - but how many variations can you really use? Last time I was sitting in the cafe overlooking the first tee, there was a small group of ladies fresh off the course discussing the benefits of these items and how they could have recovered the ball lost in the water on the 6th had they had one...

And it's not just water traps that these nifty little tools help you recover your ball from. Although, as the ladies discussed, they do not help you lift the ball out of the hole (it must take more effort to walk back to the bag to collect the retriever than just to bend down and lift up the ball) they can also recover golf balls from nettles, thorns and more (you can tell the quality of my golf!). As long as you can see the ball, you can retrieve it.

There is an excellent printing area on the golf ball retriever of 14mm by 60mm, with the compressed length of the tool coming in at only 105cm, yet extending to over two and a half times that length to really reach those awkward balls.

This item should really help your recipients cut down their expenditure on replacement balls - and every time they recover a ball it will be your name on show to them.

Printed Golf Bag Tags

Here's an item that's simple, but has many uses and needs. The printed golf bag tag, or sometimes seen as the promotional golf bag tag is sometimes seen as an essential.

For some golf clubs with regular members and visitors, quite often the bag tag is required to identify members' and visitors' bags. But you may also want to identify bags of competitors in a club competition. Or if you are arranging a golf holiday or are a travel agent booking golf holidays for clients, then golf bag tags can be useful to ensure the owner's spot their bags when they come off the plane.

There is a good choice of golf bag tags. From the cheap and cheerful plastic bag tag for around 77 pence a piece to the leather golf bag tag for just under £3 a piece and up to the really fancy golf fob for about £3.50 each - this one is a really expensive looking item on a clip, ready to attach to the bag.

Promotional Golf Accessories

There are a great range of promotional golf accessories to go along with any marketing campagin you are planning or gettig ready to run. The basic ones, along the lines of the printed golf balls I've already looked at, are the golf balls and golf tees in a tube.

At the other end of the spectrum is the hanging garment carrier - for just over £42 each, these items can be used to carry golf clothing or any other clothing you wish to carry, transport and protect.

Or are you looking for something more suited to a mass distribution or a utility tool? Then there is is the choice of the cleaner for just a few pounds each; the flasks to keep your recipients warm and hydrated out on the course; the putt return for practising the swing and really looking like those American films you see and the rather elegant shoe shine kit - a real bargain and surprise at only around £3.10 a piece!

Promotional Tees

Before Jon is on my back for forgetting to post, let's get back on with the promotional golf items and look at promotional tees. I'll look at the individual products in more detail at a later date, but here's an overview for now.

You can get your promotional golf tees packaged in different ways. And it depends how you will use them what's going to be best. There's a wide range of boxes of tees for those feeling generous (or giving them to the likes of my wife with her ability to lose golf tees on every tee shot...) or use the boxes to distibute them individually. Or, if you want to be a bit more classy and useful, give the golf tees out in golf bars. These handy little accessories hold some tees and usually a ball marker or two and can be clipped to the side of the bag for easy access. That's how I hold mine and it usually returns full - unless my wife has done really badly and started using my tees as well.

Leaving her ability to 'distribute' promotional tees across courses in the North West alone, basic tee bars come with 12 golf tees, a divot repair tool and a ball marker. Your logo can be printed onto the divot repair tool and they are around £1.65 each. The top of the range tee bar has the same items, but your logo can be printed not only on the divot repair tool but also onto the ball marker, and the entire item has a much higher price tag feel to it.

If you want something with a bit more of a price tag feel to it then look at the golf tee tin. For around £4.41 each these excellent promotional tees come in a brass box with your logo printed onto the lid.

If you just want a pile of promotional tees, then they can be printed from around 4p each - then just leave them on boxes on counters for sale or as free gifts.

Promotional Golf Balls

One of the best and well known Golfing promotional products must be the promotional golf balls. These can be any make that you wish, including lake balls and can be printed with absolutely any logo that you wish to or a message.

We can print in full colour, so can even print full colour photographs onto golf balls. If you are arranging a small event, such as a stag night, why not get a set of balls printed per person - each with their own colour picture? No arguing there with who's ball you have just find. Or if you want something a little less complicated, we can print names or signatures onto the balls for you.

And these don't even need to be printed n their own. We have printed golf ball customers who have their logo printed on one side of the ball and then the player's name on the other side.

If you are interested in getting some golf balls printed, thenlook at the site at the golf ball price calculator. Using this calculator you can determine the exact cost of your order, including a VAT breakdown. No sudden surprises when you get the total price!

Promotional Stress Star

Here's the last of the promotional stress shapes for us to review. The low priced stress star is a bright eye catching toy ready for your logo to be printed onto the centre.

This toy could be used for any marketing campaign as it is totally generic. They are also excellent value for money - they start at around only 66 pence each, so for example, an order of 1000 would cost around just £660.

Smaller orders of 500 stress stars attract a price of just 69 pence each. So an order of 500 would cost you around £345 and for the minimum order of 250, the price of your investment is just 74 pence each, working out at only £185 for the stress stars.

Promotional Stress Cubes

We're almost at the end of our journey through stress shapes with just a couple of generic shapes left to cover. These are suitable for any industry as they are without immediate connections.

The stress cube is a small, compact cube ready for your promotional message to be added to one face.

It starts at £1.04 each, so for example an order of 1000 units would cost around £1040. With smaller orders the costs increases to £1.07 each - so around £535 for orders of 500 stress cubes. And if you are ordering the minimum order quantity then the price would be £277.50 for 250 stress cubes, or just £1.11 each.

Promotional Stress Airplane

What could be more stressful than flying? Well, probably a lot of things, but it's a good excuse for a promotional stress airplane to calm the stress!

These could be used for many companies. Starting a travel agents? Well these toy shaped jumbo jet airplanes could spread your message. Or maybe you are a holiday provider, freight mover, transport, holiday insurance broker or many more. Even a provider of kid's toys could find these an excellent promotional idea.

They are a little more expensive than some promotional stress shapes. The cheapest orders are £1.02 for orders of 1000 airplanes - that's around £1020 for the order. Smaller orders of 500 will cost around £1.07 each - which works out at around £535 for 500 airplances. And the minimum order quantity of 250 would cost you around £277.50 - or £1.11 each.

Promotional Stress Wheelie Bin

It doesn't matter (within reason) what your business is, the stress wheelie bin is very topical as wheelie bins and recycling are in the news a lot.

These are novel little items to be left standing on desks and shelves. Especially useful your recipients are in an area cocnverting to wheelie bins or where recycling is in the news, or if you are involved directly in waste disposal or recycling!

The lowest cost is for orders of 1000 plus. With this order quantity they are just 83 pence each, or £830 for 1000 units. At 500 bins they cost 86 pence each - making 500 bins around £430 total. And for the minimum order quantity of 250 they are just 89 pence each - a total of about £225.50.

Promotional Stress TV

For many electrical retailers, computer suppliers, electrical repairers and many other electronic related businesses, the promotional stress TV would be an appropriate toy gift.

They do start from 81 pence per stress TV - this means that an order of 1000 units, for example, would be around £810. For smaller orders, say of 500 units, this price increases slightly to around £420, or 84 pence per TV. And for minimum orders of 250 units the price is 89 pence each - making 250 units about £222.50.

Good value for a novel little toy. Speak to Jon now about your order.
